Hemp
Couture is determined to provide an alternative
to mass produced products which have little
or no individuality. Our recreated recycled
fashions are one-of-a-kind or are of a limited
edition line. Expect idiosyncrasies and personality
in your item! All products are handmade individually
by Jennifer with love, inspiration and attention
to creative detail. Prices are as marked on
the Recreated Recycled Fashions Page. Please

We now offer One of a Kind Eco~Creations which
also has it’s own page here on the HC
website. Sometimes we feel just a little more
creative than other times and that’s
when the sewing studio seems to really come
alive with ideas and artistic imagination.
The music becomes a little louder, dancing
around with fabric swatches isn’t unheard
of and the next thing you know a unique and
distinctive HC original piece has just been
born!
Sizing:
At
Hemp Couture we strive to be most accommodating
and keep our sizing flexible for our customers.
Therefore the items we create are small, medium
and large. All the “non stretchy”
fabrics such as hemp, bamboo, hemp silk and
recycled fabric have either elastic or adjustable
drawstring waist.
When
sizing tops:
Small ranges from 29”-33’’
Medium ranges from 33”-39”
Large ranges from 36”-42”
When
sizing bottoms and skirts for waist/hip sizes:
Small
ranges up to 34’’
Medium ranges from 33”-36”
Large ranges from 36’-40”
The
Soy Spandex items are generous in size and fit
as follows:
Small
= Small - Medium
Medium = Medium - Large
Large = Large - Extra Large
Regarding
our hemp:
The
hemp arrives to us in a natural beige colour.
We hand dye every hemp piece we offer in an
array of gorgeous colours. For the most part
we generally use tea, red wine or a brown dye,
although we will accept a specific colour order
upon request.

and 8% spandex

The Hemp Silk we use is 68% hemp 32% silk

Shipping:
We
currently ship anywhere in Canada via Canada
Post.
The following shipping rates apply:
Ontario -- $10.00 per order,
Outside of Ontario -- $20 per order.
For extremely large orders (over 5 items) shipping
rates will need to be quoted. All items are
shipped Expedited Parcel. Ship time is 2 –
4 days in Ontario, 3 -5 days outside of Ontario.
Shipping prices include handling and applicable
taxes.
